Company switching domain

We have worked with our technology team to verify the existing domain and have received the TXT record for the new domain, which has been added successfully.

So far we have been successful at adding a super admin to verify new domains and such.

We recently transitioned our domain from centraltolife to centralumcfay. As a result, we need to update our Asana organization ownership from centraltolife to centralumcfay, as well as update each employee profile accordingly (for example, cburns@centraltolife
to cburns@centralumcfay
). It is essential that all current and archived projects remain intact throughout this process.

At this time, we have been unable to complete this change. as it now say’s the new Domin is verified but could not be added!!

We are requesting clarification on:

  1. Why the new domain could not be added

  2. What specific steps are required to complete the transition successfully

  3. Whether an Asana representative can contact us directly to work with our technology team (via email and/or phone)

    We are now over a month into this transition and need clear, step-by-step guidance on the next actions required to move forward.

The program is great for management but this transition has been the most difficult with what seems like no support.

Hi @Central_Info , sorry to hear that. This can be quite a complicated procedure (I know because I have supported customers with this).

Have you tried Asana’s support team by opening a ticket? Or have you had any support from your Asana account manager or CSM?

Alternatively, you could hire an Asana Partner, like us to help you with this transition.
