Hi,

I am trying to make comments betweem my Asana project and Jira Cloud project to stay in sync. I am using the next settings:

 ![Sync](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/asana/original/4X/5/1/b/51b57308ddede4af99b047d3dd91c2bd0cca424d.jpeg)

And no luck 😥

Does anyone know if this is because i need to sync at least one field to make it happen?

Thanks

Hello @Natalie_Gashkova - welcome to our community forum!

Have you tried setting up a field with the integration and checking to see if the comments will then sync?
