Collaborators not appear in portfolio

Dear Great Asana community,
i created a portfolio for internal projects in my agency, but some members still not appear in the main portfolio overview. I know there is a filter to add or remove someone to the collaborators list but they are not in this filter too.
ps: all these members have been added to all projects already.

Hi @Mohamed_Saleh, great question!

Only users who currently have tasks assigned to them will show in this Filter list. I hope this provides some clarity!
