Clarify what is on topic for the Product Feedback category

Is feedback about things other than the product itself on topic for the Product Feedback category? For example the Asana forum, website, help center, YouTube channel, etc.

English Forum > Product Feedback is supposed to be about the product itself, though I’ve seen it used for some of the other things you mentioned.

I have sent feedback about things other than the product itself via email and have been told to post on this forum. I think that it would be helpful if there was an official clarification on the category description or help article.

That’s where I got it from:

It’s truncated but that’s about all it says, clearly the product.

Correct! The category is meant to be exclusive for product feedback

@lpb the description is not truncated on my end, we actually made descriptions shorter so they show in all cards: “Submit and vote on Asana product feedback.” I tried zooming in my browser but it still shows the full description as it should.
