Changing fields locked by a long gone employee

Im sure im being stupid, but… i have a field which is apparently locked to a user that has left our organisation. How do i unlock this? I am the account owner, but for the life of me i cant find out how! Thanks for any tips!

Please note that the Custom Field can be unlocked only by the member who locked the field or an Asana admin.
