Hi! My organization uses “tags” very heavily and we’d like a way to get a notification in our inbox when a tag is changed from one tag to another. If this is an existing feature, please let me know! But if not, I think this would be very helpful

Unfortunately changes to tags do not trigger notifications in one’s Inbox and I doubt Asana will change this anytime soon. It would be best to consider upgrading to at least a Premium plan so that you can use custom fields instead of tags. You can also read more here about tags vs custom fields.
