Change my name and email adress

Last year I changed my business name to my own name. My mail adress has changed and my old email adress will soon be out of order, but I can’t get my email adress changed in Asana.

I tried to add my new email adress to my profile, but when I request a confirmation email nothing happens. How can I make sure I can continue to use Asana with my new email adress?
