Can't move down the project/team list on the left panel

And the scroll bar is back this morning. I did do some OS updates overnight and restarted the computer. I don’t know if that had an effect or not.

I also have this issue. There is no scroll bar in any view. I am on a Mac laptop, using chrome. I have tried Firefox with varied success.

Hi @Belle1,

Could you please confirm if you’re also having an issue with an incognito window?

If you do, would you mind recording a screenshot to help us investigate? We’re having issues to reproduce this issue on our end.

Loom is a great app for video screencasts: https://www.useloom.com/

In your video screencast, we recommend that you use a Chrome Incognito window and have your Javascript console open:

Try to include the entire browser window, including URL bar, in the video screencast.

Thank you so much for your help @Belle1; really appreciate it!

I’ve got a new Chromebook and scrollbars are super buggy in Asana. I will try to make a screencast soon to show you. On my Mac, the issue is intermittent with no obvious workaround.

Thanks @Mary_Conquest, really appreciate it!

We don’t officially support the Chrome OS, so we probably won’t prioritise a fix for this OS. But if you can record a screencast from your Mac, it would be super useful to help us investigate!

No worries. There’s really nothing to screencast for the Mac, though. It’s Mojave and I’m running Chrome. The scroll bars are either present or absent when I open Asana. I haven’t determined a pattern or a workaround that’s stable. I have scrollbars today

Actually Mojave screenshot tool now includes a tool to take a screen recording

I didn’t mean there’s no technology available to create a screencast. I meant there’s no content to capture. Please see the previous messages for context
