Our organisation currently has a few workspaces set up.
I’m trying to convert one of those workspaces into an organisation so that we can delete the other workspaces and re-create the tasks in those areas under new teams in organisations.
But when I try to convert, I get the “Add Work Email to Account” button.
My work email is already the email I use for our user accounts (It is a google apps for business domain)
I tried to add the work email again and “send the verification email” but nothing has arrived? (Been 30mins since I submitted)
Any ideas on how what’s going wrong and how I can make this change?
