Can't add guests to our Organisation

Getting an error message “Contact the support” when try to add a guest (who is not in organisation yet).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click Share button on the top of the project’s page
  2. Paste guest’s mail
  3. Click Share

As a result I’m getting the error message “Contact the support” and user is not added. If I try to add the guest via Invite button on the Team’s page there is no error message, but user is not added.

Browser version: any browser. including mobile APK

This is expected behavior as you can only invite via the guest’s email

This is the correct process. I would go ahead and contact support on this issue, as it is not expected behavior. I have added the support link below at your convenience

That’s what I’m doing: I’m trying to add via the guest’s email, but it doesn’t work. It started last week, before that everything worked perfectly.

And now even more - it appeared that we can’t add not only guests, but members as well.
