why can’t I access my personal asana account anymore? i have used it recently and created tasks. it is not a password issue as I reset but this did not help. I received the following error message:

We can’t sign you in because your organization or workspace is being deleted. This process can take up to 30 days. After that, you can use this email to create a new account.
I know that Asana sent out multiple emails and in-product notifications over many months, and delayed the end several times to give people more time. It seems you must have missed all of that…
