Cannot un-assign task

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
I have a task I created and I’m trying to un-assign it from myself, but it will not save. It will briefly look like it is un-assigned then it will pop up as assigned to me again.

Steps to reproduce:
I hover over the assignee part and click the x. It should remove me but does not.

Browser version: Chrome

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. In order to better understand what might be the issue, would you mind trying the following steps?

1. Are you able to reproduce with an incognito window?
2. Are you able to reproduce with another browser?
3. Is this happening with one particular task or with all tasks?
4. Could you share a screenshot of the full task history (below the description) to see if the change gets recorded?

I hope you’re having a wonderful holiday!

When I try in another browser that is not Chrome (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) and in incognito, it still does not unassign me.

It is only happening with 1 particular task.
