I was planning on upgrading to a paid version but the cost is WAAAAAY too high, in particular because–in basic-- there’s no way for me to remove one of the members (who’s no longer working here). So, if there are any customer service reps or lurking who can help me to remove the user, I’ll upgrade. If not, I’m sticking with Monday.

If you need a paid version with x licences, then you can subscribe for x and then you’ll remove the old users so that you keep only x users.
