Cannot log out of free account (expired) in order to get logged into new paid account

I had two accounts. A free trial from a while back and now a paid account through work. I accidentally logged into the old account and now its stuck on the screen that says upgrade and all other options are grayed out, so how can I log out of this so that I can get back into my work account on the desktop app?
