Hi. I am trying to install the Asana app on my Huawei p30 pro phone. My Huawei has Google services enabled and is running EMUI Version 12.0.0.
I have tried to install the app from Google play, but I am receiving a message “Your device isn’t compatible with this version”. The app is not available on the Huawei Appstore.
I have seen in this thread, that the app worked still on Huawei phones in 2022 Virus warning regarding the Asana app on my Huawei Smartphone - #35
Does anybody know any way to run app on the phone?

Thanks for sharing the details! On the Huawei P30 Pro, EMUI 12.0.0 runs on Android 11, so the Android version itself shouldn’t be the issue.
The current Asana Android app supports Android 11, but Google Play can also restrict app availability based on device compatibility. So the “device isn’t compatible” message may be related to the Huawei device rather than the Android version itself.
In the meantime, you can also access Asana through your mobile browser. https://app.asana.com
If you need the native app, please contact Asana Support and include the Huawei P30 Pro model, Android/EMUI version, and the exact Play Store message so they can confirm whether the device is supported.
