Cannot add more than one filter type in Dashboard Number Style Chart

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

When using the number style chart in Dashboard to show data based on two criteria in a section, the number immediately sets to 0.

Steps to reproduce:

In Dashboard, create new chart (number style) based on one section. Then filter by program type and again by second program type.

And you are 100% sure you have at least a task, living in that section, with those 2 custom fields on the task and the given values? Make sure you don’t have any duplicate custom field by temporarily renaming the fields and checking you see the updated names in the reporting.

Let me know if it helps!

Sorry for the delay in responding - we’re very busy and this is why I’d like to organize so many of these with filtering. I appreciate your time! To answer your question, there are definitely many tasks that have both custom fields so this should not be the issue.

I thought about this further… and no, the tasks have one or the other. But I’m trying to have a task with one and another task with the other, sorted.

Ok so basically the filters in the dashboard work with an “AND” operator, so only tasks with both fields will match. I don’t really have a solution for you at the moment.
