Steps to reproduce: Asana instructions are to go to a prior invoice and click on “view your invoice online” to access historical invoices. Two problems:
1 - the link is NOT on the most receive invoice (for April 2021)… has something changed?
2 - when accessing the link from an older invoice, Recurly does not send the email to create your account. note: I am the billing/owner and my email address has not changed.
Therefore, you cannot access prior invoices as per the instructions online.

Thanks @Rebecca_McGrath. Sadly, I’ve tried this and its been 5 days without a response. I’m really disappointed with this experience. No invoice is a blocker for expense reports. Can you escalate internally? Thank you!!
