Can you View Custom Fields of a Task Without Being A Project Member?

Is this possible?

  1. A team member submits a form request (i.e. "Graphic Design Request)
  2. The team member is not a member of the project “Graphic Design Requests”
  3. The team member can view the Custom Field (i.e “Status: In Progress”)

Unless the Project is private for the Project Members, any member of the Team where the project belongs can access to the Project and view all its Custom Fields.
