# Can you disable forms emails confirmation?

We use forms a lot, but we have great processes whereby we use the Asana Inbox for notifications.

As forms now generate email notifications, for us it generating work about work which we use Asana to avoid. Can this feature be disabled?

Hi @Stephen_McGrath,

Yes, it can be - delete the built-in “Email Address” field and you will not get Asana’s email confirmation.

If you still want to capture an email address, just add your own form question to capture it - because it’s not the built-in Email Address field, Asana won’t send a confirmation.

Thanks @Phil_Seeman. I had already done that on one form, but did not want to change all forms.
