If a hidden team is created by a user, can the account owner see that there is a hidden team or is it hidden completely from them as well? Thank you.

Admins can see a list of all teams that have been created, including Hidden Teams. They also have visibility into who is in the team, can change its visibility, or delete it.
Here’s a screenshot of what I see from my perspective as an Admin.
