Can’t access rules/ Automation

I have a question. I’m invited to a client’s organization to build their system and I have been given the level of Project admin but I can’t access rules/automation.

Could this be because my email is different from my client’s email. My email also ends with a domain but different from client’s domain.

That’s because you are a guest. The only way would be to get an email from their domain.
