I have spent the last +10 days trying to get a code for an academic discount. I have filled out the form, I get a confirmation e-mail, then silence. There is nothing in my spam. Twice support staff have got in touch, but they just tell me to fill out the form. This does not help, as this is the step that does not work. I have filled out the form over 5 times at this point.
Is there an academic discount or is this a hoax to waste people’s time?

I’ve reached out for attention. No guarantees, and some Asana staff here are reduced due to events/travel, but I’m hopeful. In the meantime, please reply to the Support thread asking for escalation there and refer to this tread as well.

Thanks for getting back to me. Jesse Jarrett wrote today to say my organisation does not meet the requirements for the educational discount. I don’t understand how that can be, given that I work at a non-profit university. I replied to him from my institutional email address, with a link to my place of work, a link to University webpage stating that it is a non-profit entity, and two links proving that I work there.
Am I correct in understanding that your Asana 50% educational discount program includes non-profit Universities? That is my understanding from this page: Asana for Nonprofits Discount Program: Asana discounts and support for nonprofits • Asana
If so, it’s very clear that I must qualify.
