Quick question on Asana licensing for Dashboards:
We want to share our paid team dashboard with the wider organization, most of whom do not have Asana accounts.
Is there a way for them to view this dashboard using a free/guest seat without us incurring additional costs? If anyone has navigated this “read-only” setup before, I’d appreciate your advice! Public links require you to login with an Asana account.

This is only possible on an Enterprise plan which allows for everyone with an email address at your domain (or associated domains) to become a View-only member, via the feature ‘View-only licenses’.
Such users are free, unlimited and can view anything you provide them with access to, including dashboards, portfolios, goals and projects of course.
