is there a way to see the calendar view with all projects at one time, vs going into each project and viewing them all separate?

@Sarah_Pirlot have you had a look at the Team Calendar? Does that help it will only give you the calendar by team…

Team Calendar is definitely a good option, especially if all the projects you’re looking at belong to the same Team. If that’s not the case, you can also run an Advanced Search including all projects you’d like to see in the Calendar; save this report and access the “Calendar” tab (just below your Report title, to see all tasks of your report into a calendar view!
