I cannot find any channel to access Asana Support. so I am trying this forum…
whenever i try to export to CSV i get the following messgae: “Your CSV is being generated. You will get an email when it is finished.” none of the emails ever arrived.

Do you happen to have multiple email addresses registered with your Asana account? You can easily check this in the “Email Notification” tab from your Profile settings.
Is there any chance this email was sent to one of these addresses?
If not, I’d recommend reaching out directly to our support team following these steps.
