Board link shared does not show photos -- how do I fix that?

Hi there -

So I am a photographer and want to send a public board link with “before” and “afters” retouching photos as part of a test to hire a retoucher.

Except that the photos don’t show on the public board link when used.

The last time I hired a retoucher, there was no issue with the photos showing. I was able to send the public link as part of the test.

What do I need to do to fix this?
Or is it not possible for someone with a public link to a board to see photos?

Not a solution, but marked as such because it’s the best available option
@Mindy_Belcher - as far as I’m aware, Public Links only show task name, due date, and assignee.
No other information can be shared in a public link.

If it’s mission-critical to your business, this can be done with a custom integration to Airtable or any other tool that can display photos with a public link. You can use Unito, Zapier, or Make.com to accomplish this, but it will require a custom setup. If you have a developer or low-code expert on your team, they can help you with this.
