Billing Information Update Impossible

I’d like to update the billing information. I have tried to enter the credit card data. Unfortunately, Asana doesn’t accept the data and keeps replying with a blocking message about my bank asking for further authentication. No action is possible though. Already contacted support, with no answer yet. Thanks.

I think the support is your best chance. Make sure not to write to them again as it would push your message down the pile ^^
