The Gmail/Google Integration could really use some love for 2021!
Its general function is creating new tasks from email, which doesn’t honor a GMail based work day. I would like to be able to view my personal tasks and make light edits, first and foremost.

Suggestions:

  • Mimic Google Tasks look/function (or sync Asana with Google Tasks)
  • Default view shows all uncompleted tasks assigned to you
  • Ability to compete or lightly edit tasks from list (no search required)
  • Update the UI to match Asana.com
  • Add “Copy URL” button for Tasks

What do others think?

I agree that the integration needs some attention. Would be great to even mimic the chrome extension look an feel and functionality.
