Recently I have been added as a collaborator on tasks. I haven’t touched or modified the tasks. I was never mentioned or added manually to the tasks. I am the person who created the form. This issue is recent and I do not know how to stop it from happening.
The situations are not identical, but I feel there are similarities, so please take a look at this.
About 3-4 weeks ago, I started being intermittently added as a collaborator whenever a form is submitted in Asana. I originally created the form and its associated rules a few years ago, and no changes have been made since then.
This is generating a high volume of notifications and cluttering my Inbox. When I review the task’s All Activity history, I don’t see any indication that I was added as a collaborator, which makes it difficult to determine the source.
