Bandwidth tooltip pop-up when assigning a task's due date!

I would love to see a tooltip pop-up that is triggered when you mouse over the calendar to pick a task’s due date. The pop-up shows a week (or maybe a 2-week) view of the assignee’s bandwidth. This allows you to assign a task at a due date that is optimized to the assignee’s work load.
