Currently, automations are able to use the trigger date with “day” granularity. They can be configured to use a static “time” with up to 30m granularity, but not minute granularity and not based on the time of the trigger:
We are trying to use automations to determine response times on tickets, considering specific actions and tickets. The inability to get minute-level granularity of the trigger time prevents us from using the automations within Asana for this purpose.
