automatic email reply creates massive automated comments

Hello,

i have commented on a task. My following colleagues are not in the office and have an auto reply in the email system, that creates a kind of pingpong game and a lot of new, but same auto comments.

How to avoid that?

So basically your colleague is auto responding to Asana notifications? Maybe he can have some kind of filters?

Also, guys, come on, drop the email notifications and embrace the Asana Inbox!

Thanks for the Feedback. Actually the auto reply is only send once to the sender. But as Asana is changing the email address, so it’s unique, and we cannot filter it. So we have this kind of ping-pong.

You could filter on the email subject (being recognizable I think) if you can use wildcard.
