Is it at all possible to create an Auto Trigger that sets BOTH the due date and Time?

Hi @Linda_Ripley - welcome! It’s not currently possible natively in Asana to auto-set the due time based off of a rule automation. If it’s business critical for you, I’d suggest using Integromat or Zapier.
