# Attach Google Drive Folder through API

Hi all,

On an Asana task, it is possible to attach a Google Drive folder (which, when clicked, takes the user to that folder).

What I’m wondering is, is it possible to attach a Google Drive folder via the API?

It is possible to add a link in a comment, but I am just wondering if it’s possible to attach the folder (as this is what our internal processes currently specify when we do this manually)

Hi @Sam_Weedon, this isn’t possible at this time but the ability to attach links to tasks via the API is under consideration as an enhancement this year

ASANA Team, 2nding that a feature that would allow us to attach a google drive FOLDER to a drive would be a great benefit, if there was a place in the project view for a single click to the folder to see all files there would be immensely time saving and helpful. Right now We are adding it as a task manually.

Can we know that it’s open for any plan or… with specific plan needed??
