Asana vs. Microsoft Forms

I have been an Asana user and ambassador for a very long time. Every time I go to a new organization or change job, I do everything I can to convert the team to Asana. Today, I need your advice and tips, because my current organization is a strong Microsoft fan and I think it will be difficult to adopt a non-Microsoft product.
I already started to talk about Asana, and the response I receive is “you should try a similar Microsoft tool first”. So my question is: how Asana is different (and better?) than Microsoft Planner, and which features and rational may I use to help the management change its mind.

Thanks for you contribution
