Asana Support-Unable to reach support AI broken.

I have searched high and low through the Asana site. The AI bot keeps restarting when I provide my information. I am unable to reach tech support. I have employees who are unable to use 2FA. Can someone reach out and let me know how I can get to a live person since the AI is not working?

Thank you, I have tried that option and when the AI bot asks for my name and email it then restarts the chat. I am not sure why.

Hi @Charnea_Smith, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble here! I also recommend you to follow some of the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Ensure you are using Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
  2. Disable any ad blockers or extensions that may be causing the issue (we had a report about the chatbot not working recently in the Forum and it was due to an ad blocker)
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try using the chatbot from another corporate device.
  5. Try using the chatbot from your personal computer, tablet, or phone.

We have tried all suggestions and still unable to use the chat bot or get into the premium paid account. I have completed all options advised in the article posted as well.

Should we reach out to our Admin? The 2FA is still not working as well. We reached out to reddit, and I guess this is a common issue with a lot of people and has been for some time.

I’m also having issues with the bot. I’m simply unable to get to a support agent. The bot keeps restarting/crashing. I’ve tried everything (incognito, different devices, wifi and LTE). I’ve lost over an hour with this. :frowning:
