Asana support is not responsive anymore!

Hello,

does anyone notice that asana support is not resposive anymore?
i have tried to contact the support team, and have already open 5 cases after going trough the chatbot support, but it has been a week already, and non where replied!
what is going on with the support service in asana?
it used to be very fast and resposive, but it seems that the more a company grow, the more they think they can save on customer support.

Asana Support rolled out a new system a while ago which didn’t go smoothly but has been improving, and it experienced extra volume. They usually don’t take that long, though I can confirm it took mine about a week. Not ideal but I expect you’ll hear back soon.

Hi @Doron_Avimor, sorry for the delay in getting a response from our Support team. I can see that your requests have been received, but unfortunately the response time can vary depending on the volume the team is handling. I’m reaching out to Support to check if this can be expedited.

In the meantime, can you please share a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing? I see you mentioned a screenshot in one of the tickets, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be attached.

Also, I understand you’ve already tried to clear cache & cookies, but the issue persists. Can you also confirm if anything changes when you test in an incognito browser window? Working in incognito automatically disables browser extensions that sometimes can interfere with Asana’s performance, and this will help the Support team find the root cause of the issue.

Once I have this confirmation I’ll pass this on to the Support team.

tried everything you have mentioned here, but it keeps freezing.

thank you for the fast reply,
as mentioned, asana use to have a very fast replies, and great customer service, however that changed a lot in the last year, and we are seriously considering migrating to another system.
we cannot affort ourself waiting for more than a week to a simple query or any preformance issues.
