I’ve installed Asana for Salesforce, and it seems as though within Salesforce I need to manually add and remove relevant tasks in Salesforce (although they do update automatically in Asana if created in Salesforce). Is there any way that all tasks can be automatically added to Saleforce and updated if they are altered in Asana? Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks
Hi Carmen, you could technically do this with some custom code but it is not part of the package between asana/Salesforce.
There are probably some less robust solutions you can look at like utilizing Zapier or something like this. What is the exact use-case if you don’t mind me asking? Do users in Salesforce want full visibility into the Asana Project?
