Hi - when setting a recurring task in Asana, the next iteration of the task spawns only when the previous one is marked complete. What that leads to, is that if a daily task is delayed by 2 days, I wont see the two other tasks that should have fallen due in the previous 2 days.
Is there a workaround for this?

Yes that is by design the recurring tasks is only initiated once the task is completed.
If you have the task recurring daily then it will create the 2 missing day tasks if you have missed the due date on one.
If however you have set it to be After Completion then no it won’t recreate the missing days tasks.
