# Asana notifications - email servers

Hello, we are trying to make sure that folks at our company are getting notifications. Do you have a list of e-mail servers and/or IP addresses for us to whitelist? Thank you! Sonya

Hi @Sonya_Tung,

Apologies for the delay here. I’d refer to out [troubleshooting page](https://asana.com/guide/help/faq/connectivity#gl-troubleshooting) for more insight, though if you needed specific whitelisting addresses, i recommend allowing \*.asana.com and \*.sync.app.asana.com
