Once again the site is not loading. On Tuesday it stopped working and it was briefly working again yesterday. However this morning the screen is once again stuck on loading. Me and 2 other team members are affecrted

I have been having some really weird issues the last 24 hours or so. Every time I try to make updates in My Tasks (i.e. moving due dates), a notification pops up that says it is trying to sync, and eventually times out. I have tried both in browsers and in the app on my MacBook. Anyone having similar issues? When I try to contact support on the website, that also times out. So I am feeling a little stuck. This isn’t typical of Asana, but I am definitely getting stuck not being able to do work!
@Jesse_Erickson - merged your post with a similar one from today. I can’t speak to the underlying issue, but re: the support issue, there is a known issue interfering with ticket creation. You can fill out the form in the below post to contact Asana support in the meantime:
I am also having a similar issue. Tasks with only 10 subtask are taking upwards of 2 minutes to be created. I am also having syncing issues which can take up to 3-4 minutes to load. I am using the desktop version rather than the app version because I need more functionality. I have also refreshed Asana and cleared my cache. I have tried to go to the Asana help page: Problem Logging In | Asana Help Center
But it gives me a salesforce error ‘We can’t log you in because of an authentication error.’
I am having this issue. It says that Asana needs to re-load, both browser and desktop. I have tried all troubleshooting tips and nothing has worked. This is incredibly frustrating as we are just starting to use Asana and trying to put all our work in here, but this has me re-thinking that if we’re going to lose access without warning and no way to resolve it quickly.
Having similar issues as I cannot Log into Asana, and I can’t use the support as it tells me I can’t log in due to an Authentication error. I filled out one of the support forms above, but I am following this thread hoping there might be some answers.

This has become extremely frustrating. The page is still not loading and the chatbot is not working either. There are certain projects we can’t work on as all of the context is in Asana which we can’t access. We have contacted our IT and they say the issue is not on our end as far as they can tell.
What are the next steps to try and resolve this? How can I get in contact with someone to help us when the chatbot is not working?

Hi @Vanessa_N this is not just the Help Center - it is in my actual companies tasks. Asana is often stalling out on syncing, taking a long time to sync, and/or timing out and losing my updates (i.e. moving due dates or checking off tasks).
Hi @Jesse_Erickson, thanks for replying. Unfortunately this case would need to be investigated by our Support team. Here in the Forum we are only able to handle widespread issues that we are able to replicate on our end because we don’t have access to account details or troubleshooting tools.
Could you please fill out the contact form to submit a request to our Support team? To speed things up, I’d recommend including as much detail as possible, like screenshots of any error messages, whether it’s happening on the desktop app, web app, or both, and mentioning the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried out.
HI @Vanessa_N I have submitted the form about 1-2 weeks ago have had no response at all, and it appears from the above comments that several others are also experiencing this issue.
Can anyone please put me in direct contact with someone from Asana that can actually help me? I am STILL experiencing this issue, and it is ruining my Asana experience at this point. I am behind in my work and struggling to get tasks even moved in Asana. I’ve never seen anything like this.
Same here, the page was working for a few days now it is down again, stuck on the loading page. At this point we are seriously considering switching platforms as this is severly affecting our ability to work.
