Our team of 6-8 has been using Asana for a year and we used to love how it was more responsive and snappy than other tools but now it’s slowed so much that it’s hard to use. Is there anything I can do besides using it less (adding less tasks) like has been suggested to people with my same complaint before? I want to keep using it but it’s difficult.
Hi @Briton_Baker and welcome to the Forum
There are multiple reasons why Asana could be slower.
- If this is happening on all type of projects (small and big), the issue is probably not related to the size of your projects.
- If you think this is directly related to the size of your project, you might consider breaking them down into smaller, more manageable projects, or archive/delete some old completed tasks (If you don’t want to delete them, simply move them into another project that you can then archive)
- Has something recently changed in your IT set up (ex: firewalls?). I’d recommend taking a look at this test and troubleshooting steps, let me know how you get on with them?
