It doesn’t (yet) reflect an outage now. I can use Asana currently.

Sorry about that, I was bulk deleting my 2024 subtask archive
I’ve already seen both of those pages and they do not address the issue. I tried to make that clear. Chat bot does not work. Other websites are saying that app.asana.com.
In the last few days, the info on how to contact Support has not been working for some and the Forum Team is awaiting an update.
@Forum-team, Please update this thread when the latest issues with contacting Support are resolved.

Hi @Liz_Francese, sorry to hear that you are still unable to reach out to Support. Can you share more details about the error message you see when you try to access Asana? Does the problem persist in an incognito browser window? Are your colleagues also seeing the same?
Regarding the Help Center, some issues are running into an authentication issue that Support is currently investigating. If you still need to contact them, can you please try to submit your request through the chat bot also from an incognito browser window and without logging in to the Help Center? This seems to be helping affected users until the problem is solved.

The chatbot problem isn’t with authentication or logging in. The bot does not load or disappears after I send a message. I’ve tried in both my regular browser and incognito window, but the chatbot still does not work. I cannot access the chatbot. That is why I ended up posting.
There is no error message, but Asana will not load. I have tried on multiple browsers and in my desktop app. My colleague can access Asana fine. I can only attach one screenshot. There’s not much to see on the Asana page but this is the non-existent chat bot. I care less about that and more about accessing my work.
I’m also unable to reach support. The help page crashes and I get a Salesforce error. Is there an email??
Hi @Veronica_Oquendo, welcome to the Asana Forum and apologies for the issue! Can you please try to access our help center via an incognito window? We have reported the issue internally and this should solve the error in the meantime.
