I have the Asana add-on installed for Gmail using the Chrome browser. When I open the Asana add-on and click Sign In, I receive an error message. I also tried Chrome’s Incognito window and encountered the same issue. I contacted Google Workspace support, and they recommended marking the Asana app as Trusted in the Admin Console and waiting 24 hours, which I did. However, the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this before? Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!
I haven’t heard anything recently that I recall either here or Slack like this.
