Asana for Salesforce: Create Apex to Prefill Asana Project ID when Asana Task is created in Asana for Salesforce

My use case is that users create Asana Tasks manually in Salesforce on a particular custom object. I want each of these Asana Tasks to be prefilled with a specific Asana Project dedicated to that object so that the User doesn’t need to do that. I’d like the flow or process builder to prefill the Asana Project on each Tasks created that is related to this object.

Hi @Jeff_Issenberg, thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback!

While this feature isn’t available at this time, hopefully it’s something our Product team can implement in the future.

I’ll keep you posted and let you know if we have any updates

Hi Rebecca.

Is this implemented now?
Also, do we have access to the Asana fields that we can populate from out Salesforce objects. For example my use case is that when I create a task in Salesforce, and then I go to create a task in Asana in Salesforce, some of the fields will automatically be pulled in from my Salesforce Task record. Can I do that?
