# Asana for Outlook – adding attachements does not work

The integration of Asana in Outlook works. Means that I can create tasks from emails. But attached files will not be send. I’ve tried this with both desktop and web version of Outlook. Any clue?

Hi @hans_burmeister and thanks for taking the time to report this issue.

Is this happening with all attachments? Can you confirm that the “attachment option” is checked before you email the task to Asana?

Hi Marie, Attachement option is checked. Happens to any attachment.
