Asana doesn't recognize proper (Premium) subscription level

I would advise you to reach out directly to our support team following these steps as we would need to take a close look at your account to help you resolve this.

When reaching out to support, could you kindly provide the info below to help them investigate and resolve this as soon as possible?

  • URL of a task in your premium space for which you don’t have access to premium features
  • A screenshot of this same task
  • The URL of the discussion so you don’t have to re-explain everything :slight_smile:

Before reaching out to support, I would recommend also checking the following: I’ve seen quite a few people with a premium team (as opposed to a premium organization) having the same issue than you; in most cases, the task they were working on was not associated with a project and therefore not linked to their premium team. So if you haven’t yet, make sure you work on a task within your premium team!
