Asana doesn't filter extra `.` in gmail email addresses

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Gmail accounts with any number of periods (.) redirect to the same email address, but Asana doesn’t have logic to account for this (i.e. Asana would see multiple email accounts).
I followed a link to an Asana invite that was addressed to my email with an extra . and because the signup didn’t state the email address I used, I didn’t notice.

Steps to reproduce:
Make an account with a gmail address.
Make another account with the same email address, with any number of .s inserted.
You will see emails from both accounts show up in the Gmail inbox, but the account data is inaccessible from the other (as they are two different accounts).
