We are a SMU and use asana For task Management.
Some users use asana in daily Basis such as marketing. Others like Engineering or oder processing or Procurement so not really use asana.
We also have Microsoft Teams.
We want to Start the Establishment of our IT and Applikation Ticket System via asana.
Anyone, also without an asana license, can open a Ticket via Form. The question is: how can they get Response back? And how can they reply again within the Ticket (Römerberg they do not have an asana license)
Is there a 2 ways sync between eg asana and a Teams post?
We so not want to Buy more licenses as it does not pay off and the people get confused if they habe to use another Tool.
