Hi @Ayana_Phillips! Can you confirm that the Gmail address associated with the Gmail account you’ve installed the add-on on, is registered in Asana?
Yes my work email address is the same one with the Gmail app.

I have been using the Gmail app successfully for months.
Yesterday I used Kothar to transfer tasks from a workspace to an organization.
Now today I get an error message in the Gmail app " An error occurred. Unable to get tasks"
I removed and re-installed…nada, same error.
Please help.

One last check @Ayana_Phillips; is this happening too when you log into your email from another browser? This is just to determine whether the is browser specific or not. If you’re able to reproduce the issue on another browser; I would recommend reaching out directly to our support team (Asana Support - Help Center • Asana > I’m having trouble with > Let’s chat).
